Our Montanas Restaurant in Rochdale is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu and daily specials. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from the customers. If you have previous experience as a Server in a popular restaurant and a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables.
Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
Suggest appetizer and meals to customers based on the menu and daily specials.
Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations for our in-house guest.
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
NOTE: EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
