This company is a market leader and now needs to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Data Entry professional to join their team. The team is committed and professional and pride themselves on quality, they work closely together to achieve results and meet tight deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities within the role will include, however, not be limited to:
Accurately and timely entry of data in the appropriate system; focus on accuracy and speed
Identify errors, omissions and inconsistencies and make adjustments as required
Ensure correct authorisation of any documentation not complying with procedures is correct
Provide exceptional customer service at all times; responding to enquiries, resolving problems, providing information requested
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient workflow within the department
Any other adhoc duties as required
To be considered for this role the following skills and attributes are essential:
Excellent numeric and alpha data entry skills within a high volume environment
Customer focussed with excellent communication skills (phone work will be required)
Understanding of database systems
Excellent attention to detail
Strong problem solving ability
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Ability to work to dead lines
