Work in orchards to help in pre-harvest activities, harvesting and post harvest activities. Duties Include;
Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Detect disease and health problems in fruit crops
Examine produce for quality and prepare for market
Set and monitor water lines,for irrigation
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure including cleaning sheds, quonsets
