The employee in this classification is responsible to develop and implement work plan schedules, priorities and administrative procedures, including monitoring and controlling the flow of information and budgetary aspects, specifically related to human resources, for work teams and small to large corporate projects. This position is also responsible to monitor project and work progress, analyze problems, gather information and make recommendations on alternative solutions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent AND/OR;
Related Professional Designations, Certifications, Accreditations as required by the position, or equivalent AND/OR;
Five (5) years of experience in financial management/analysis, project management or project support role, or equivalent
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to identify problems and implement solutions
Excellent project management, time management, analytical, problem definition and problem solving skills
Ability to use MS Office and related software applications
Ability to organize and coordinate a number of diverse assignments among internal and external staff and contractors
Valid Class 5 drivers licence, as required by the position
