Description

We are a Naturopathic Clinic looking for an individual who has excellent customer relations, has strong organizational and interpersonal skills and is able to work efficiently in a fast pace office environment. The position includes assisting the senior Administrative Assistant and to instruct patients on the use of our Wellness Detox Room. It is preferred that you have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks and Electronic Health Records. On the job training will be provided, however preference will be given to those with previous administrative experience in the health care field and knowledge of herbs and vitamins. Hours of work are Monday - Friday from 8:30-5:30 and the starting wage is $15 per hour.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing clients, instructing them on the use of the Wellness Detox Room
- Answering phones, taking messages, replying to emails
- Scheduling appointments for the practitioners, filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Accounting including invoicing, cash out, making deposits
- Prepping the Wellness Detox Room, day to day office cleaning
