Schedule:
Sunday OFF Thursday 2:00 p.m. 10:00p.m.
Monday OFF Friday 2:00 p.m. 10:00p.m.
Tuesday 2:00 p.m. 10:00p.m. Saturday 2:00 p.m. 10:00p.m.
Wednesday 2:00 p.m. 10:00p.m.

The successful candidate to have:
2 years field experience (kitchen)
Food and Safety Certification course is necessary
Be able to work independently and as well as part of a team
Willing and able to follow all policies and procedures
Able to work shift work, including weekends
Duties to include:
Prepare entrees
Create breakfast and lunch features
Prepare days soup
Maintain kitchen area
Assist with banquet preparation of food
Daily general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen
All other duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Food & Beverage Manager
