Description

Spark People Solutions is currently recruiting for a full-time Office Manager on behalf of an established Moose Jaw-based company, in the health-care sector.

As a senior member of the administration team, this role is primarily responsible for accounts receivables/payables, collections, bank deposits, issuing receipts, writing letters to professional/government organizations, data inputting and assisting in the budgeting process. Secondary responsibilities include providing support to the administrative staff.

The successful candidate will possess:

A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar capacity
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, or similar
A professional and confident demeanour
The ability to work well independently with limited supervision, while also functioning well within a team environment
Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal (in English)
Excellent customer service skills
A keen attention to detail
Effective prioritization and time management skills
The ability to handle interruptions and shifting priorities with ease
Effective stress management skills
The ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and integrity; trustworthiness
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of financial software is an asset
Ability to work in Canada
