Prairie Sky Co-operative is currently seeking an energetic and committed team member for a permanent, full-time position as Member Relations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Living the Brand to assist in the development and maintenance of the brand strategy for the association and develop a training plan to create awareness of the brand.
- Design company advertising material, continuous development of the company website and social media initiatives, and various other Marketing related activities.
- Work closely with the leadership team to focus our philanthropic giving to specific community sponsorships and donations that most closely reflect our corporate values and strategies.
- Participate in strategic planning, annual planning and goal setting and ensure marketing efforts support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business field
- 2 years of related experience in Marketing
- Direct experience with graphic design, web page and other marketing related software tools including Adobe Photoshop, Print Shop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Knowledge of ethical marketing practices and associated regulations.
- Experience with search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and other web-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated skill in our competencies: Action Oriented, Collaborates, Customer Focused, Drives Results and Instills Trust
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, project management and decision-making skills
