The Customer Solutions Leader promotes, develops, and administers SaskEnergy products, services, customer self-serve options and energy efficiency initiatives and encourages the use of natural gas appliances and equipment. This includes working closely with external Key Accounts and SaskEnergy Customer Services representatives to ensure customer requirements are identified, met and that customers are kept well informed of energy efficiency programs, customer self-serve options, and natural gas products and services.
This position is responsible for the operations of ExpressAddress.com. This includes building the subscriber base and nurturing existing relationships; increasing customer usage through communications, advertising and outreach; managing functional and content changes on the website while enhancing user experience; managing daily user inquiries; and other duties related to the business associated with the website and governance of this collaboration.
Required Education & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Social Sciences.
- Two (2) years experience in a business environment. Experience in Marketing, Communications or Customer Service would be considered an asset.
Additional Information
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
