Description

The Bridging the Gap Instructor position is an out-of-scope position reporting to the Literacy Facilitator. The Instructor will plan, organize and implement an instructional English as a Second Language program based on the needs and demands of their respective workplace. The position will also be responsible for the informal evaluation of learners including on-going progress assessment and short and long-term instructional planning. This position must be able to relate to participants needs and tailor activities and learning around them.
