Our people help new businesses become established, and established businesses become dominant. It's a very exciting business. Any of our radio stations delivers over 250,000 local, full 30 second impressions each month to our top advertisers. No digital platform can come close to that. It's no contest. The proof is in our clients success.
We pay really well, so we can't hire everyone who applies. We train, teach, and coach nonstop. We don't want you to follow a sales script. We want you to be the best trained YOU that you can be. If you don't like to get better, then this is not the right career for you. Did we mention that we pay really well?
To be successful, you will need to be able to handle autonomy and flexibility. Most weeks we work Monday to Friday, but we are a family company so if your child needs to see the doctor at 2:00, then we insist that you go no need to book the day off and at Rawlco, your birthday is a stat holiday. We have fantastic benefits including pension. We'll even give you a day off every year, with pay, so you can volunteer in the community.
