Description

The Pediatric Head Shape Clinic is a rapidly growing division of Synergy Prosthetic & Orthotic Clinic, Inc and its partner health engineering company, HeadStart Medical, Inc.

The PHSC provides assessment, education and treatment to families of infants aged 2-18 months who present with head shape asymmetries such as Plagiocephaly.

We are looking for a vibrant and compassionate person who has a passion to serve young families and work with the latest technologies.  This position will start as a training role for several months, serving families online via web, social media, etc.  The role will be expanded as we develop the Moose Jaw office into a clinic that will serve Saskatchewan.

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Independently manage some daily operations of the clinic such as preparing client funding applications, client scheduling, preparing clinical reports and email correspondence

*Handle all incoming calls and serve families at the highest level.

*Candidate will become an expert on our product and processes, serving families online and over the phone (to start, until we have the MJ clinic up).

*Once we establish a clinic in MJ, you will work under the direction of a Certified Orthotist: assess infant head, neck and basic gross motor function, conduct 3D scanning procedures, educate and discuss treatment options with families.

*Social Media experience is an asset, great customer service is critical
