Description

Under the direction of the Deputy Manager PSP, the Mess and Office Administrator coordinates and performs all clerical functions for NPF entities.  He/She assists in the administration of all Mess bar oriented facilities. He/She assists in the development of mess budgets and business plans.  The Mess and Office Administrator prepares invoices, bank deposits, and cheque requests and distributes financial reports.

Qualifications:
College diploma in Business Administration or a related field, AND some years experience in Business Administration or in a related field.
OR
Several years experience in business administration or in a related field
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.

Language requirement:  English Essential

Experience Requirements:
    In inventory and bar management
    In budget administration
    In personnel administration
