David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to provide a Receptionist for their Saskatoon office. This Legal Firm requires a strong receptionist to provide a welcoming first impression while providing administrative support.
The Role:
Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include:
Answering all incoming calls and dealing with them appropriately
Greeting and directing all walk-in traffic
Administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years of professional office experience in a Reception role
Experience working within a legal firm is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
