Subsequently we are a rapidly growing company who is now searching for a refrigeration and air conditioning apprentice. We are looking for that right person that is looking for a career with a family-oriented company and believes in being the best they can be and where flexibility is important.
About the position:
The refrigeration and air conditioning apprentice must be enrolled in the apprenticeship program. This role will effectively troubleshoot, maintain and repair refrigeration and/or HVAC units and diagnose diverse service issues, and obtain any replacement parts. They will be required to speak with customers to update the status of their service repair and to answer any customers questions. This position will have the support of an experienced journeyperson and will be assigned a wide variety of jobs to develop their experience as quickly as possible.

Qualifications:
    Proof of apprenticeship program enrollment
    Valid drivers license
    Valid safety certifications such as First Aid, WHMIS, TDG, fall protection is considered an asset
    Strong communication skills
    Ability to work independently and take direction from others
