Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capital Infrastructure, this position is responsible to assists the City of Lloydminsters Engineering team provide engineering services to support capital projects as well as to other civic departments within the City of Lloydminster.  Briefly the position includes design drafting, technical document review associated with both City of Lloydminster documents, i.e., Construction Specifications, and Master Contract Documents, as well as Consulting Engineer submittals, topographical survey and construction layout, project management, construction supervision and inspection, as well as Contract procurement and administration.  Other such duties include responding to resident concerns, assisting with the preparation of Council reports and documents, capital budget tracking, and general assistance to the Engineering team for projects associated with municipal utility and infrastructure projects.
