Responsibilities

- Manage all incoming calls in a timely, professional and courteous manner
- Miscellaneous / Admin tasks as required
- Greets and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Respond to incoming queries with accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Organize and maintain documentation and files
- Schedule appointments with clients and manage calendar
