Description

Accountant Duties
Coordinate annual financial working papers, files and documentation with the organizations financial firm to ensure effective and timely completion of annual audited financial statements
Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets
Review and maintain employee / payroll records and benefits program
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payables with guidance from Executive Director
Ensures effective controls are in place and maintained to protect the integrity of financial data and payment processes
Responds to all accounting related calls from internal and external stakeholders

Senior Administrative Assistant Duties
Provide high level administrative support to Executive Director
Consult with management and provide support, guidance and direction to staff
Arranging meetings with stakeholders, both internal and external
Optimize travel arrangements and manage required approval documentation
Manage and coordinate emerging issues and provide recommendations to the Executive Director
Determine actions required on internal and external materials directed to the Executive Director
Participate in management meetings, which involves discussion in the planning and delivery of sensitive and confidential Human Resources, policy, budgetary and program delivery issues
Respond to appropriate correspondence, inquiries and issues, in a timely manner
