Purpose of the Position:

The Business Support Specialist performs in various capacities to deliver routine, intermediate and advanced professional administrative business support services primarily to the corporate officers and senior business leaders across the organization both individually and collectively. This position delivers administrative business support services to enable the operations management teams and their staff across the organization to deliver on corporate priorities to promote business for the organization and ensure the company is soundly managed and directed.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in business/office administration or equivalent combination of experience and education.
At least 3 years progressive experience in the office administration field. Experience at a senior level and financial services sector preferred.
