SUPER GUYS has an opportunity for permanent part time position for Senior Manager(Field Operations)in charge of day to day operations at our Regina Office. The Senior Manager schedules, directs, coordinates, trains and leads the crew to achieve or exceed planned safety, production, quality and recovery of targets while minimizing costs and labour/customer relation issues. The ideal candidate will possess professional attitude, 90% or higher hospitality rate,have knowledge of Field Management and have reliable transportation. This is a working manager position, will be responsible for his/her location. Health care benefit available after probation period.

Job Responsibilities include:

Due diligence - make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of employees.
Ensure all procedures are followed.
Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
Consistently meet daily planned production and all required targets.
Effectively report mechanical and/or supplies concerns immediately.
Assist in staffing, disciplining of staff and termination of appointments.
Will inspect locations from Monday to Friday - will be responsible on weekends in case of emergency.
Monitor on-going work and identify the problems if any.


Job Requirements:

Must have:
At least 2-5 years experience in a medium to large hospitality/servicing company.
Understanding and knowledge of lean principles.
Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word Document.
Janitorial, hospitality and/or maintenance experience.
Experience in customer service and people management.
Reliable transportation.
Must be available on weekends.
Available to start immediately.
