Traveland R.V. is one of the largest RV dealers in Saskatchewan, we are seeking a RV service technician.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and Maintain Service van in a safe and responsible manner
- Protect and Control inventory in Service van
- Fill out the Work Order with Warranty flat rate and labour codes.
- Email information to Warranty flat rate and labour codes.
- Use your time wisely and be Productive. Also to be able to work independently
- Make sure you obtain sufficient information to order parts correctly
- Make sure all repairs are invoiced through the company and handed in weekly
- Maintain Customer relations (#1 Priority). Strive to do job correctly the first time.
- Complete assigned work as efficiently as possible to satisfactory completion
- Make sure all paperwork is complete with all descriptions of repairs written on back of hardcopy, time flagged on each job operation, parts used are billed out on proper job line and any SOP parts have a parts order form stapled to repair order. Document all correspondence with manufacturers
- Email all repair resolutions back to the Road Tech Support so they can be entered on the appropriate work orders
- Ensure good communication maintained with Road Tech Support
- Available for on call duties some weekends and evenings
- Preform any other duties as assigned by management
Our compensation package consists of
a above average hourly wage that commensurates with experience and bonus's
