To be considered for our team, you must be a
person with the following:
*Ability to work with minimal supervision.
*A class 5 or better driver's license.
*Ability to back up a 16 van body truck.
*A clean driving record.
*Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. frequently.
*Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.
Prior fork lift training, delivery experience
and/or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required.
A good sense of direction would also come in
handy but is not required. All formal training is performed in-house by a trained senior staff member.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
*Loading and unloading your truck with water
and/or ice as required.
*Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle
inspections as required.
*Remembering scheduled delivery routes.
*Delivering to houses, depots, farms, companies
etc.
*Providing customers with electronic or
handwritten invoices.
*Collecting payments from customers at time of
delivery as required.
*Establishing and maintaining positive working
relationships with customers.
*Performing all assigned duties in a safety
conscious and productive manner.
