Description

The Chief Financial Officer
Accountable for ensuring that Dutchak Holdings Ltd. monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting is timely, accurate, and in compliance with GAAP.
Responsible for the planning and completion of the year end formal financial statements and the related audits.
Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of a thorough system of internal controls to effectively safeguard the company'ss assets.
Responsible for the development, implementation and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.  
Develops and implements a work plan for the fiscal year, on or before June 30th.
The Chief Financial Officer ensures that all bill payments are balanced and oversees the monitoring of delinquent accounts ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.  
Manages all aspects of the accounts payable system.  Responsible for accurate and timely entry of all accounts payable information.  
Maintain a general ledger documenting all business transactions relating to the ambulance operations of Dutchak Holdings Ltd.
Prepares all T-4s for the year.
Prepares and co-ordinates the development of internal budgets, and may be required to assist in the presentation of such information to the health regions.    

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

Possess or is working towards a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
Computer literacy (Windows, Quick Books and Microsoft Office).
Previous management experience with demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff and customers.
Maintain the highest levels of patient and privacy.
Maintain strict privacy of all corporate and related documents and information.
