Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Yard Clerk at our Shellbrook Agro Center.

Primary Job Functions:
Provide prompt, personalized customer service to all of our members and guests. Assist in the organizing, loading and delivering of orders. Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment.  Help maintain warehouse and yard areas. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Thank all customers for their patronage and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.

Required Skills:

-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience in providing excellent customer service
-Ability to prepare, organize, load and deliver Ag orders to customers
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
-Ability to work flexible shifts
-Must be punctual and self-motivated

Desired Skills/Experience:
Ag or farm knowledge is required. Yard, warehousing or retail experience would be an asset but training is provided to all new employees.

Reporting:
Reports to the Agro Manager.
