Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a full-time Driver at our Shellbrook Agro location.

Primary Job Functions:
Provide prompt and personalized Legendary Service to all of our members and guests. Assist in the organizing, loading, delivering and unloading of orders. Ensure a clean and safe work environment.  Help maintain vehicles and equipment to highest safety standards. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Thank all customers for their patronage and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their delivery experience.

Required Skills:
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Experience in providing excellent customer service
-Ability to organize, load, deliver and unload customers orders
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
-Ability to work flexible shifts; including long hours at peak crop input spring and fall seasons.
-Must be punctual and self-motivated

Desired Skills/Experience:
Valid Class 1a license is required. Ag or farm experience considered and asset.

Reporting:
Reports to the Shellbrook Agro Manager.
