The Rural Municipality of Enniskillen No. 3 invites applications for a qualified certified rural municipal administrator with experience in a rural municipal office. This is a full-time permanent position.
Expected start date is January 2nd, 2019.
The municipal office is located in the Town of Oxbow, 63 km. East of Estevan, Sask. The R.M. of Enniskillen is a busy municipality with residential, commercial, oil/gas and grain agriculture operations.
Qualifications:
1. Rural Class C or higher Certificate in Local Government Administration.
2. Experience with the current MuniSoft software system, Paymate, Pubworks, Microsoft Office and the MY RM website.
3. Management, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Agricultural, road infrastructure, tangible assets, commercial and residential development experience.
5. Experience with strategic and financial planning and asset management.
6. Must be bondable
