Description

Manager for gas station and C-Store.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with our company standards.
- Responsible for assisting in the training of employees.
- Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, daily bookwork, ordering and receiving merchandise, profits, all controllable expenses, inventory, cash and shortages.

- Must learn and be proficient in using our back office and Point-of-Sale system.
- Must be available to handle customer transactions at the register as needed.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle to perform competitor Price Surveys up to twice a day and run miscellaneous errands as needed.

Minimum Qualification:
- 2 years of customer service in a retail environment and 1 year gas station experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must also pass a pre-employment background check.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position and will require working 40 hours per week. Monday and Friday - will be on a variable schedule and Saturday and Sunday will be required.
- May be required to work additional hours or days when needed.
