The Warehouse Technician 1 is responsible for moving goods from the recieving area to the appropriate shelf locations as dictated by the warehouse layout to avoid lost or misplaced items. The Warehouse Technician 1 must be capable of repetitive heavy lifting and able to operate any necessary equipment, e.g. lift truck, forklift, etc. Inventory management is an essential function for this position. Other responsibilities include the inspection of incoming products to verify contents and quality. Assistance with the scheduling of freight appointments may be required. The accurate and efficient operation of the warehouse impacts the efficiency and productivity of the overall business function. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
