JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary function of this position is to assist the Sales team with servicing the customer by way of: report generation & distribution, online set-ups, assigning contracts as directed, customer presentation prep, resource library management and other miscellaneous duties as required.
The primary goal of this position is to provide superior customer service to both the internal and external customers and help to grow sales revenue and profitability.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Report Generation (scheduled and on demand).
Build web profiles, assign web restrictions (cost centers, products lists) and create favorite lists.
Build contracts as directed and apply to account.
Customer support (phone call or email) as required.
Resource Library/Premium Inventory management.
Customer quotes as required (10+ items).
Assist in the sending of Supreme LTRs.
Discontinued product customer notification.
Process sample requests.
Process Marketing mail outs as required.
Assist with all Sales order requests.
Sales Admin Queue on rotation.
Participate in Tender/RFP preparation as needed.
Miscellaneous duties as requested by Manager.

Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills.
Working knowledge of basic office equipment, computers, internet, e-mail and various software applications.
