Description

The Family Physician will provide clinical Family Medicine services to the residents of Estevan and area (Mon-Fri, 8 hrs/day), as well as Long Term Care and 24 hour emergency call services. ER call shared with other physicians in a 1 in 10 rotation.

This posting is open until filled and may be filled prior to the close date. Start date is as soon as possible.

Applicants must have:
-College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) (or be eligible for)
-Licensure with CPSS (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan) (or be eligible for)
-valid drivers license
-legal entitlement to work in Canada
-valid CMPA coverage
-successful SHA credentialing including but not limited to 3 acceptable references and an acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
