Description

Looking for cooks specialized in preparing East Indian dishes to work on a full-time and part-time. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $17.00 per hour and depends on the experience and skills.

Job duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Prepare, cook and complete quality dishes in accordance with appropriate standards and food safety guidelines
Assist in maintaining stock and inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Flexible and can handle shortage of ingredients and supplies. They substitute ingredients, replace menu items and contact suppliers to request rush deliveries.
Assist with the storage of food and supplies
Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary conditions at all times
Capable working in a fast paced environment and can work long hours
