Know Your Status (KYS) Program Coordinator works with our partners, the 7 member First Nation communities of the Saskatoon Tribal Council and with clientele of the STC Health Centre to promote the development, resourcing and implementation of HIV prevention, care, treatment and support strategies. With an emphasis on the importance of culture, this position will require community engagement and education, prevention and harm reduction, clinical management, surveillance and evaluation.
Implements site and program goals, objectives, and established budgets to ensure programming is maintained;
Participates in the development and modifications to existing funding, completes progress and statistical reports as required;
Working extensively with medical professionals within the Saskatchewan Health Authority;
Utilize appropriate methods for interacting sensitively, effectively, and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, ethnic, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds of all ages and lifestyles;
Transportation/Travel Information
