Description

Canaba Budtenders are responsible for providing our customers with a superior experience through information, exceptional service and the highest quality cannabis. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restock and overall shop keeping.
Responsibilities
    Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store
    Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
    Stay up to date on offers and specials
    Responding to inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy
    Accurately perform customer transactions and inventory
    Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis
    Closing and completing all end of day reports and procedures
    Prevent cannabis sales to anyone under the age of 19, by reviewing government issued photo identification to validate permission to enter
    Observe for signs of crime or disorder and communicate any disturbances.
    Know all safety and security protocols, should they be needed
    Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
    Ensure store is clean and tidy
    Participate in a store culture of inclusion, positivity, and education
    Maintain a high level of customer service
    Work within the regulations established by the Government of Canada and SLGA
    Maintain compliance of all company policies and operating procedures
    Understand and adhere to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal rules and regulations surrounding the retailing of cannabis.
