Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Territory Sales Agronomist for our Spiritwood Agro Centre.

Primary Job Functions:
Provide prompt, personalized customer service to all of our members and guests. Collect soil samples and make recommendations to farmers based on your findings. Drive sales of crop protection and nutrition products. Assist with the ordering organizing, loading, delivery and unloading of orders. Ensure a clean and safe work environment. Thank all customers and members for their patronage and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their delivery experience.

Required Skills:
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to live the brand.
-Proven history in sales of crop protection and nutrition products.
-Strong ability to collect soil samples and make recommendations to farmers.
-Attentive to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Ability to work flexible shifts including seasonal peaks.
-Must be punctual and self-motivated.
-Knowledge of inventory control, ordering and environmental compliance.

Desired Skills/Experience:
Must have P Ag. , CCA or agriculture degree/diploma. Minimum two years of experience.

Reporting:
Reports to the Agro Manager.
