Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Parts Counter Person will deliver excellent customer service. Deal with customer requests, technical/service inquiries and concerns. Order parts and equipment, control inventory for our REM, Batco, Storm and Wheatheart product lines and maintain computerized information systems. Perform administrative and accounting tasks appropriate to the activities of the unit.
