Description

Do you like solving technical problems and working with all kinds of interesting people?  If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for Internet Support Representatives in Regina.

As an Internet Support Representative:
- You will be providing technical support to Access Internet, TV, Phone and Security customers over the phone and assisting with related inquiries  
- You'll effectively troubleshoot and analyze issues and take the appropriate actions to resolve technical problems
- You have the aptitude to learn about all of our awesome products & services, including cool equipment like TiVo boxes and Dualband Wireless Home Solutions. And can teach customers about them, too!
- You're fast on your feet & can keep up with constantly evolving information & procedures as part of a high-tech company that leads the way in TV, Internet, Phone, & Security services.
- You have a flexible schedule, and are able to work a combination of days, evening and weekends with open availability.(The help desk is scheduled from 7am  11pm).

Competencies you have for success:
- Top-notch Customer Service skills including empathy, professionalism, courtesy, common sense, & patience
- Talent for handling a large number of calls efficiently & accurately in a busy environment
- Knowledge of computer systems and components, internet applications, browsers, mobile devices, and a comfort level with troubleshooting issues patiently with customers over the phone
- Capacity to quickly adapt to new processes, procedures, & technology
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Clear Criminal Record Check
