Working with our Independent School client, this role takes the lead running the campus kit shop; you will promote the branding of the school through merchandise and convenience store items.
Accountabilities:
In your new role, you will be responsible for the management and overall operation of all aspects of Student Kit Shop, Convenience Store and Student Services space. Accountable for providing quality food services to internal and external clients, ensuring high standards of customer, service and client satisfaction are maintained while adhering to Health and Safety standards. This position is also accountable for providing staff training, supervision, operational effectiveness and business improvement as well as relationship management that maximize employee productivity through the overall coordination of resources and workflow.
Growth and Development:
2-3 years of experience in Hospitality field is preferred
2-3 years of supervisory/management experience in food services departments
Able to problem solve, make quick decisions and be resourceful under stressful circumstances
Strong computer skills; Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to work in a food service and retail environment
Excellent interpersonal, team leadership and relationship management skills
Excellent attention to detail and high level of creativity
Able to work with diverse groups of people across the organization
Excellent multi-tasking, time management and prioritization of activities
High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, proven track record in managing multiple activities, effective communicator and in providing exceptional customer service
