Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist.  We are currently looking for a candidate with experience in recruiting to join a specialized team and assist them in their recruiting efforts until the end of July 2019.


The Role:
  Work as an HR Business Partner to assist the Saskatoon team in prioritizing recruiting efforts
  Posting positions, conducting initial pre-screens and interviews
  Making recommendations to the Saskatoon business unit regarding hiring candidates
  Assisting with onboarding

The Ideal Candidate:
  At least 3 years experience in a comparable position
  Post-secondary education is preferred
  Ability to pick up new software quickly
  Previous experience with a high-volume recruit will be considered an asset
  The successful individual will have an eye for detail and be able to perform duties accurately within given time constraints. Professionalism, teamwork, and customer service skills are absolute musts!!
