Founded in 1982, Axon Development Corporation is a company that designs software specifically for the transportation industry.
We are looking for outgoing, energetic, motivated, professional individuals who are looking to start their career. We are offering a paid internship role as a member of our great Customer Support Team.
We have numerous staff at Axon that have been with us over 15+ years. This is an exciting opportunity that could lead to a career with us.
This is a challenging but very rewarding position that involves a range of skills and knowledge in software, computers, transportation, and accounting. Don't worry if you don't know it all (none of us do!) we are willing to teach these skills to the right applicant. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude and personality for the job.
Successful applicants will be part of a 6 month paid internship that may lead to a full time career at Axon.
You will be joining a customer support team that assists our clients over the phone and internet as they learn to get the most out of their software. Some duties include :
-Analyze and understand customers questions, suggestions, and any issues within the software
-Assist in the resolution of these questions, suggestions and issues with the help of fellow
technical support members and programmers in an accurate and timely manner
-Document, in detail, all information from telephone and email conversations with customers
-Assist in the implementation of the Axon Software
-Provide software support and training to new and existing users
