Description

ATV UTV Motorcycle and Outboard Mechanic.

Naber Powersports is your local Kawasaki ATV and Suzuki ATV / Marine dealer along with Prince Craft Boats and Mercury Marine, we are looking for a mechanic with:
Strong Communication Skills
Good Diagnostic Skills
Problem-Solving Skills. ...
Solid Work Ethic
Strong Technical Aptitude
Willingness to learn

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

ATVs
UTVs
RUVs
Motorcycle / Dirt Bikes
Outboards
Auto Glass

Experience preferred but not mandatory, we are willing to train someone who is strongly motivated and has a great willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
o    Standard services on ATVs SXSs & marine products.
o    Trouble shooting and repair of all mechanical and electrical issues on our Kawasaki, Suzuki, Mercury, Prince Craft & Suzuki Marine product. Repairs on other used/customer brands may be requested at times.
o    Service department will book in work for technician accordingly and supply the technician with a work order and will go over all the work that the customer requires.
o    Close communication between the service department and technician is required to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
o    The work order is used to keep track of time with the punch clock to accurately bill out labour and keep track of efficiency and keep detailed tech notes for the service dept. to refer to.
o    Parts are supplied and billed by the parts person on request (only the parts person will pick and bill parts to ensure the parts are accounted for properly).
If timelines or work is unreasonable or unattainable this should be communicated to your supervisor asap so the customer can be keep in the loop.

We do everything from engine work to tire changes and even windshield replacements on vehicles

Own tools are required

Wages will be based upon experience
