We are looking for a good ambassador to represent our kitchen as a Banquet Cook. Working as part of a team, you will be aiding with the preparation of all Banquet food, including sandwiches, cold trays, hot food, carving, etc.
This position requires multiple years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment. A diploma in a culinary art or Journeyman Certificate is considered and asset.
To be successful in this role you will need a familiarity with Saskatchewan cuisine staples, to be able to read, write and speak English, be on your feet for long periods of time.
This position is an integral part of our Banquet kitchen operation and you can expect to be working a variety of shifts both during the week as well as on weekends. Candidate must have open availability.
