Description

Permanent part time Sask. licensed pharmacist required for Monday, Tuesdays and some Saturdays. (17-28 hr/week) Duties include but are not limited to are:*Patient counseling on prescription & OTC medications,*Advising patients & health care professionals on the indications,contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosages of pharmaceuticals,*ensure prescriptions are filled accurately,efficiently, and safely,*perform medical reviews,*compound minor pharmaceutical products,*ensure compliance with provincial pharmaceutical regulations while providing excellent customer service in all areas of patient care services,*respect the laws and regulations in regards to highly confidential and sensitive information.
This individual must be personable, customer oriented, be able to work independently and with our staff team. Must be motivated, and have good organizational, planning and prioritizing skills.
We currently work with Tri-Comp Assist Rx-A software

 - Check prescriptions for proper dosage
