Description

As an Account Representative, you will meet with Clients in their home or place of business to gather necessary financial information.

Our Account Representatives are the face of FBC for our Clients. They make Life Less Taxing for our Clients by gathering the information required to file their tax returns and helping them plan to pay the least amount of tax.

This position will report to our Regina, SK branch.

POSITION OVERVIEW

A typical week as an Account Representative involves visiting Clients at their homes or places of business, gathering necessary financial information as well as providing advice and consultation.

$25/hr guaranteed for completing pre-agreed FBC work and Paid Training - compensation includes commissions - First Year Earning Potential; $60,000 - $80,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Account Representative, you will:
    Deliver outstanding service to FBC Clients
    Develop your knowledge and skills through FBC certification programs
    Conduct prospecting activities to meet with and sign up new Clients
    Build strong customer relationships with FBC Clients and our FBC team
    Gather financial information while providing advice and consultation

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
    Accounting or bookkeeping education and/or experience would be an asset
    Experience in customer service
    Knowledge of tax preparation would be an asset
Other Requirements:
    The ability to travel throughout the territory, including occasionally overnight
    A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are essential
