Description

As the Business Analyst, Technology, you will be an integral member of the technology office, working closely with executive managers, representing the CTO's Office on inter-department projects at Access.

Duties include:
-Assisting with project planning by offering analysis on requirements, gathering, designing, training, testing, and the production roll-out.
-Engaging with stakeholders to gather and identify operational challenges, advising on process/business rules optimization, researching industry best practices and developing project deliverables as related to: business processes and workflows; end-to-end and system use requirements; business rules; information models; integration points between systems; and system security requirements.
-Leading requirements and or design deliverables review and sign-off process with the customer
-Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other required testing activities and system sign-off efforts.Participating in training documentation and delivery.
-Travel within Saskatchewan is required

Qualifications:
-An undergraduate degree in business, engineering or other degree and relevant experience and linkages in the community and industry. CBAP Certification preferred or in progress.
-Technical knowledge of the Telecommunications industry, particularly related to the Internet, cable television, and Access Communications' equipment and services.
-Minimum of five years of experience in implementation projects for the BSS/OSS in the Cable /Telecommunications industry with a deep understanding of Cable/Telecommunications industry standards and methodologies.
-Minimum of five years of experience directly supporting senior management.
-Minimum of five years working with SDLC, preferably Agile as well as waterfall methodology; knowledge of CRM, Product Catalog, customer care, and billing systems is preferred. Excellent knowledge of query tools and management reporting systems.
-Proven ability to lead a team.
