The Instrument Person will perform surveys to assist in the design and construction of municipal capital projects including topographic surveys, construction layout and as-builts. The applicant will assist in performing inspections of roadway and water and sewer construction, operations and maintenance projects and complete all other relevant duties as assigned. Research projects, data collection and data analysis may also be assigned to the Instrument Person.
