The Metis Addictions Council of Saskatchewan Inc., better known as MACSI, is a non-profit community based provincial organization that has a long history of serving the people of Saskatchewan for over 45 years. MACSI operates three facilities throughout the province of Saskatchewan with locations in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Regina.
The Assistant Regional Director manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources in the Prince Albert Treatment Facility. The Assistant Regional Director carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll, petty cash, scheduling, benefits, orientation, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development in Saskatoon.
Some duties include:
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of officials and employees
    Directly responsible to oversee Administration, Maintenance and Kitchen department; and
    Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output.
    Some travel required to the other locations in Saskatchewan therefore must hold a valid drivers license.
