Description

The R.M. of Webb No. 138 invites applications for the position of Seasonal Utility Maintenance Operator with duties to commence spring 2019 (typically April 1st).

Duties of the position to be as determined by council but will typically include:  operation of tractor and mower, mulcher, sign and culvert maintenance, equipment repairs, road repairs and weed spraying (Commercial Pesticide Applicator course for Industrial Weed Spraying will need to be taken in March).

A valid Class 5 Drivers License is required and use of own truck with mileage reimbursement from R.M.  Required Certifications include (or willingness to obtain):  Power Mobile Equipment Training, WHIMIS, Ground Disturbance, Standard First Aid & CPR, and Commercial Pesticide Applicator.  Training will be provided if necessary.

The position is full time, seasonal  paid hourly, includes a comprehensive benefits package including Short and Long Term Disability, Municipal Employees Pension Plan and Health & Dental.
