Powerland is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities: supporting and managing servers, storage, personal computers, printers, associated software and communication remotely. The role requires the ability to work as part of a team and communicated effectively with end users that have a wide-ranging technology comprehension.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with servers, networks and virtualization
* 3+ years of experience supporting personal computers and printers
* Understanding of IT principles
* Experience with securing data, network access and backup systems
* Strong customer service and verbal skills
* Solid troubleshooting skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
* Quick learner
* Industry certifications related to the above are a definite asset
* Apple experience would be an asset
A criminal record check is required for this position.
