Description

The Cost Controller is responsible for project cost setup based on bid estimate, cost engineering, cost control and management reporting.

Qualifications include: 5+ years of construction project cost control / project control experience, general knowledge of construction means and methods, proficiency in Excel, proficiency in accounting and finance principles and effective organization and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Finance required or equivalent years of experience in cost control and project controls is required. Formal education in Project Cost accounting will be beneficial.
