Description

CNH Industrial is currently recruiting for a Fulltime permanent Assembly Line Team Leader at our New Holland Saskatoon, manufacturing facility.

This position's main function is to lead their respective group in continuous improvement in safety, cost, quality and productivity within the Assembly areas.

DUTIES
1.To perform assigned Safety activities, including maintaining risk assessments, risk predictions, eliminating high and very high risks in their area.
2.To monitor energy resources and take corrective steps to lower energy usage in order to meet Energy targets for the plant.
3.To monitor Environmental activities such as waste collection and recycling and take corrective steps to meet Environmental targets for the plant.
4.To perform assigned activities, including conducting training, in order achieve the skill and knowledge targets for the department.
5.To achieve the quality targets for the department.
6.To achieve the efficiency targets for the department by performing a variety of activities.
7.To coordinate and conduct activities to reduce Consumable costs in the department in order to meet target.
8.To perform a variety of tasks acting as an operator, following all applicable policies, procedures, and working instructions.  

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Experience using computers and Microsoft Excel, Word Access, Power Point, and Outlook highly preferred.
2.Demonstrate role model safety behaviors.
3.Must be able to lead a team of employees to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
4.Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, extremely self-motivated and the ability to plan and perform work unsupervised.
5.Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6.Must be able to work well in a team setting.
7.Grade 12 or GED Equivalency.
8.Must have the desire and ability to effectively teach and develop employees knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
